Wir befinden uns zwar gerade in der Sommerpause der Liga, trotzdem sind die Allstars fleißig. Das vom Stadtsportbund Göttingen e.V. organisierte Familiensportfest am 15.06. war ein voller Erfolg.
Kinder und Eltern probierten sich einen ganzen Nachmittag lang im Batting Cage aus. Jeder hatte großen Spaß daran, der Pitching-Maschine gegenüberzutreten und zum ersten Mal Baseball auszuprobieren.

Das war allerdings nicht das einzige Event diesen Sommer, bei dem wir vertreten sind, wir sind noch bei zwei weiteren Veranstaltungen dabei:
Am 18.06. haben wir einen Stand beim „Dies academicus“, im Stadion des Unisports und am 27.06. kann man uns bei der Sportabzeichen-Tour des Stadtsportbunds Göttingen im Jahnstadion treffen.

We might be in the summer break of our league, but that doesn’t mean the Allstars aren’t busy. The Family Sports Fest, organized by the Stadtsportbund Göttingen e.V. on the 15th of June, was a huge success.
Children and parents tested themselves in the batting cage for an entire afternoon. Everyone had great fun facing the pitching machine and trying baseball for the first time.

But that wasn’t the only event this summer with our participation, we’re attending two more events:
On the 18th of June we have a stall at the „Dies academicus“ in the stadion of the UniSport and on the 27th of June you can meet us at the “Sportabzeichen-Tour” in the Jahnstadion.

So if you want to try baseball yourself, feel free to come around, we are looking forward to seeing you!
